TCCA Announces New Scholarship

Twin Cities Concert Association is happy to announce a second scholarship to complement its Autumn Youth Scholarship. The new “Spring Teen Scholarship” is open to music students residing in Nevada County who will be in grades 9-12 in the 2007/08 school year. Click here for an application form.
